ARE YOU INSURED, AND DO YOU PROVIDE A CONTRACT?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and every booking comes with a written contract.

DO YOU USE THIRD-PARTY DJS OR HIRE-IN EQUIPMENT?

No. EKOM DJs and equipment are all in-house, so the standard stays consistent.

DO YOU TAKE BREAKS?

No. DJ performance is uninterrupted from the start to the final track.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?

Typically around two hours before the event start time, longer for bigger setups.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Deposits start from £100. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the event.

DO YOU PROVIDE A MIC FOR SPEECHES?

Yes. A wireless microphone is included in all packages.

CAN WE MEET OR SPEAK BEFORE THE EVENT?

Yes. You recommend a catch-up about a month before, venue or Zoom, to finalise details.
